It is known to everyone that cigarette smoking is injurious to health. In fact its clearly written on every packet of cigarette. But smokers find it really difficult to quit this poisonous addictive habit. This is because of the deadly nicotine cravings which make their body dependent. People all across the world are known to take up the smoking habit due to any reason but they soon realize at later stage and then they regret their decision of taking up the cigarette. If you are willing to quit smoking but are not able to find the right quit smoking system then there are few tips or steps which you should follow in order to kick away smoke from your life. These are:
- The foremost step is the want to quit smoke. If you are not prepared to quit then dont even think of quitting. It is really important on your part to be prepared both physically and mentally.

- Try to find a good replacement for your cigarette. In this way you will reduce your cigarette intake. Try to keep yourself busy so that you dont get time to crave for smoking.
- Surround yourself with people who dont smoke. Dont be in the company of smokers as that will trigger craving in you to smoke.
- Tell everyone about your quit smoking decision so that they become cautious while smoking in front of you.
- You can quit smoking by cold turkey way. With this method you are less likely to relapse.
So, all these steps will help a smoker to quit dangerous smoking.
